- Yes, we are insured by Great American Alliance with a general liability limit of $1,000,000/$2,000,000.
Can I make up my own menu or make changes in your menus?
- Absolutely! We love to help you create a special menu just for your party! All of the menus on this website are completely customizable, you are welcome to make any additions or changes you prefer.
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
- We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have determined the type of event and the possible date(s). Being able to plan ahead is a great asset to planning a successful event; however, we always do our very best to accommodate near-future and last-minute events as well.
- Yes, we have had the pleasure of doing several outdoor events. We have the proper equipment to handle any event, so request a catering quote from us today! We look forward to hearing from you.
Do you require a deposit?
- We do require deposits. The amount varies on the event type and date. Your deposit fee will be included in your quote. The initial deposit will solidify your date.
How far will you travel?
- We provide catering services anywhere in the state of NJ primarily, and can also travel to your destination in another aligning state to provide catering as well. Please contact us directly if you require catering at a venue that is located outside of NJ.
Can we book your food truck for an event?
- Yes, please provide at least a 3–4-week notice, if possible, to insure an optimal experience.
Does your company only do large events/orders?
- No, you can work with us for individualized dishes, desserts, cakes, etc.
What is a typical price per person?
- We work with you and your budget to provide the best possible package. Prices can range from $20-$80 for large group full catered events to $10-$20 for smaller events/meals. For a more accurate analysis, please call/message us today.
Would you be able to recommend additional vendors for my event?
- Absolutely! We work with tons of venders from venues, photo booths, rental supplies, etc.
